Belgrave Street, Bronte

Job type
This family home in Bronte underwent a complete transformation, opening up the existing footprint to create a generous open plan living and dining space. The standout is a curved ceiling that rises from 3.5 to 4.2 metres, creating a sense of flow and volume rarely found in single-storey builds. Natural light was a clear priority and it shows. With three skylights overhead and full-height glazing across the rear, the space feels warm and open from morning to dusk.
The kitchen is understated and refined, with integrated appliances and marble benchtops, designed to suit a family that actually cooks. A large central bathroom, alongside a compact laundry and powder room, are proof that practical doesn’t mean compromise. Oak timber flooring runs throughout, connecting every space with warmth underfoot. Outside, a custom outdoor kitchen and deck area complete the lifestyle. The exterior is finished in a blend of rendered brick, fibre cement and spotted gum. A subtle mix of textures that sits confidently in the street.

We are incredibly grateful to Jake and the 33 Bespoke team for helping make our beautiful new home a reality. The team’s craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly exceptional - every detail reflects the care and dedication they put into their work. Jake and the team worked seamlessly with our architect, and we especially appreciated Jake’s professionalism, his ability to quickly build rapport with our neighbours and his easy-going nature. We would, and have recommended 33 Bespoke to our friends and family.
