This project took a classic Clovelly semi and made it live like something new. The ground floor was opened up to create a flowing kitchen, dining and living space — anchored by a statement stone island bench and feature pendants that bring the space together. The kitchen now sits at the heart of the home, with an effortless connection to the backyard beyond.
Upstairs, the layout was reconfigured to create a generous master suite with walk-in robe and access to a private first-floor balcony — a quiet retreat away from the main living zone. A freestanding bath and refined finishes throughout the bathroom add to the sense of calm. Other touches, like the custom stone fireplace, bring everyday luxury into the living experience. This is a home designed for the rituals of modern family life — gathering, retreating, and coming back together again.
We engaged 33 Bespoke to renovate our ground floor and add a second level to our home in Clovelly, Sydney and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
